Billy Good
William (Billy) Good was born and raised in New Orleans. He graduated from Holy Cross High School and LSU. Billy has been involved in real estate since the early 2000’s purchasing, renovating, and selling homes, as well as developing a large condo project in the warehouse district. In 2012, Billy got his real estate license and began concentrating on commercial real estate as a buyer agent. Billy utilized his contacts from growing up in the Metropolitan area to find off-market properties for buyers. Billy has been responsible for some significant developments in Mid City, which include Camp Bow Wow, Wrong Iron Bar, Lumina Apartments, and IV Waste Headquarters.
Kurt Maloney
Kurt B Maloney, born and raised in New Orleans. He’s a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. in Business Administration. He became a real estate agent in 1986 and a Broker in 2015. His experience and education in this industry is vast. After departing college, he became a loan underwriter for a local Savings and Loan and then eventually headed the REO department, dealing with properties throughout the State of Louisiana. After leaving the banking industry, he took on retail and property ownership through the family businesses. Throughout this tenure, he purchased several properties through auctions and renovated several of these structures over the last several years. In addition, Kurt served on the board of directors of Volunteers of America of Greater New Orleans for over 12 years.
